alley.moe is not affiliated with a convention, venue, organizer, artist, vendor, or sponsor unless that relationship is stated clearly. official maps, schedules, policies, safety rules, and rewards still belong to the convention or organizer.
maps, artist lists, tags, catalogs, stamp rallies, sponsor links, and saved helper features can be incomplete, outdated, approximate, or wrong. use alley.moe as a planning aid, not as the final source for official convention information. verify important details with the official convention or organizer before relying on them.
artist updates and corrections must be truthful, relevant, and submitted by someone with a reasonable connection to the listing. by submitting listing information, you allow alley.moe to review, format, edit, and publish approved public listing fields on event pages. alley.moe may reject, edit, remove, or ignore submissions that look misleading, abusive, unsafe, spammy, or unverifiable. do not submit personal contact data if you are under 13.
you can request correction or deletion of private personal data you submitted by contacting privacy at alley dot moe. alley.moe may keep public artist alley facts, public convention data, and public archive records when they are useful for navigation, archives, safety, fraud prevention, or correcting the public record. inaccurate, nonpublic, unsafe, or legally restricted information can still be reviewed for correction or removal.
do not attack the site, impersonate people, submit misleading data, overload the service, scrape aggressively, bypass access controls, or use alley.moe to harass artists, attendees, staff, or sponsors.
alley.moe links to artist socials, catalogs, convention pages, Ko-fi, sponsors, and other external sites. catalog embeds and preview cards may also load third-party scripts, iframes, images, media, or metadata. those links and embeds are provided for convenience and may change or disappear.
the site is provided as-is, without warranties, and may be unavailable, delayed, or incomplete. offline mode is designed to help when service is bad, but it cannot guarantee every asset or third-party embed will work without a connection. to the extent allowed by law, alley.moe is not liable for losses from using the tool or relying on its data.
