alley.moe is an independent project by maiko. a listing does not imply a partnership with or endorsement by an artist, convention, venue, or sponsor. any partnership will be stated clearly. follow the organizer's official schedules, venue rules, and safety instructions.
table locations, tags, catalogs, and rally details can be missing, out of date, or wrong. use the site to plan your visit, and check important details with the artist or organizer. rewards may run out, and rally rules can change.
only submit information you believe is accurate and have permission to share. by submitting listing details, you allow alley.moe to review, edit, and publish the approved public details. private contact information is not published. misleading, abusive, unsafe, spam, or unverifiable submissions may be declined or removed. if you are under 13, do not submit personal contact information.
alley.moe documents publicly listed convention participation. you can request a correction or removal. each request is reviewed individually, taking accuracy, privacy, safety, applicable rights, and the historical value of the record into account. submitting a request does not guarantee a correction or removal. this does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
email privacy@alley.moe with the listing and the change you're requesting. public records may be retained where lawful and justified; being publicly available does not by itself settle a request.
do not impersonate someone, submit false information, harass people, bypass access controls, or disrupt the site. automated requests must not overload the service.
artist links, catalogs, previews, and other external content are run by third parties. they can change or disappear, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. a link is not an endorsement.
the site is provided as-is, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. it may go offline or contain errors. offline saves do not guarantee that every image or embed will load without internet. to the extent permitted by law, alley.moe is not liable for losses from using the site or relying on its information.
artwork, catalog images, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their owners. displaying or linking to them here does not give you permission to reuse them.
